Programme Description
This programme provides students with integrated knowledge and skills for a professional career in environmental protection and environmental management. Graduates will satisfy the requirements for working in their preferred areas of environmental protection at managerial level.
Programme Requirements
Courses in this programme are to be delivered in part-time, face-to-face mode with classes on weekday evenings, Saturdays or Sundays. English is the main language used in all the courses in this programme.
Programme-specific entry requirements:
To enrol for the postgraduate programmes in Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management (MSCSOHEM, PDSOH and PCELDM), students should have either:
a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in environmental studies, environmental safety, occupational health or relevant subjects, or equivalent; or
a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in any discipline plus at least two years' experience in safety, occupational health or environmental management or equivalent subject; or
a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Science and Technology (PCEST) offered by the OUHK, or an equivalent qualification; or
a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Studies (PCES) offered by the OUHK, or equivalent.
