Engineering Mechanics, Materials and Product Design programmes
Introduction
The engineering programme team currently offers programmes ranging from Diploma to Bachelor of Science (Hons) degrees (as shown above). It strengthens two main disciplines: Engineering Mechanics, Materials and Design (EMMD) and Product Design and Technology (PDT) aiming at training graduates to suit the ever-changing and challenging environment and industrial development and demands.
Multi-entries & Multi-exits
The programmes are open to anyone who is aged 17 or above. Applicants are expected to have sufficient languages skills to be able to study in English at tertiary level.
OUHK allows open access and further provides students with multi-entry education system and multi-exit qualifications. There are Specific Credit Transfer (SCT) Scheme, Block Credit Transfer (BCT) Scheme and General Credit Transfer (GCT) Scheme.
