This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Open University of Hong Kong. To further convey the importance of life-long learning and promote scholarship, a host of academic and cultural programmes will be organized between June and November as the main thrust of our 10th Anniversary celebration. Various forums will also be presented to review the development and prospects of higher and distance education in Hong Kong. A fundraising campaign is now on to enlist public support for these worthwhile projects. Support from Openlink readers in any amount or in kind is welcome.

Donations should be made by sending a cheque made out to the Open University of Hong Kong to the Public Affairs Unit, 30 Good Shepherd Street, Ho Man Tin. Please specify 'Sponsorship for the 10th Anniversary'. Any donation of $100 or above will be acknowledged with a receipt for tax deduction.
