The Educational Technology and Publishing Unit (ETPU) takes both advisory and functional responsibilities in planning, developing and publishing OUHK course materials and in supporting teaching and learning in the distance education mode and face-to-face teaching.

In addition it provides a broad range of educational services to external organizations wishing to deliver effective educational or training programmes. ETPU is also the point of contact for institutions wishing to purchase OUHK materials and for anyone wishing to purchase OUHK Press publications.
