Ms. Amy Mak obtained her M.Phil. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Baptist University, where she taught courses in Introduction to Business, World Business, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, and Operations and Management in Chinese Enterprises. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration of the Open University of Hong Kong.
She has been involved in a number of projects to render both research and executive training services for many renowned local and international institutions, such as IBM China/Hong Kong Limited, Hang Seng Bank Limited, Bank of East Asia, Hong Kong Post, Kowloon Motor Bus, and School of Motoring.
