Ms Sally Tsang obtained her BA Degree in Fine Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and earned her Diploma
(Master of student) at the Düsseldorf Art Academy in Germany. She also obtained a certificate of Information Design
from the Mediadesign Academy in Düsseldorf. She lived and worked as freelance artist in Germany for more than a decade;
her specific field of interest is mixed-media art, printmaking and print media, she has participated in many solo and
group exhibitions in Hong Kong and overseas, and her work is in many private and public collections.

Awards & Individual Creative works
She won two awards in 1991 and 1993 both in the Euro-region Ilse Frankenthal Printmaking Prize of
Ilse Frankenthal foundation in Brunssum, Netherlands.
She has exhibited in over 10 solo and 30 group exhibitions in Hong Kong and overseas, and her work
is represented in many private and public collections. In 2015, her printmaking series “little bird tales”
is collected as museum permanent collection of The Hong Kong Heritage Museum.
Selected Professional & Community Services
- Since 2008 to recent, she served as course consultant and instructor of specialist printmaking and advance printmaking course organized by Hong Kong Visual Centre.
- She is co-founder and consultant of originalprint-hk, which is Hong Kong’s first online printmaking social networking platform with initiatives aimed at spreading printmaking interest and culture in Hong Kong.
