Dr Ka-shing WOO rejoined the Open University of Hong Kong in 2007. He has extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in marketing, in particular about marketing communications and services marketing. Prior to joining the Open University of Hong Kong, he taught at the University of Hong Kong and Aston University, United Kingdom. His research papers will appear/appeared in Annals of Tourism Research, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of Services Marketing. His main research areas include service quality and emotional labour.
