Before you start your application, please read the Important Notes of Registration and the "Notes for online application" below
Notes for online application:
  1. You can pay your application fee (HK$300) and tuition fee online via the following methods. 

  • Credit card

  • *e-Banking

  • PPS (Online instant payment)

  • *Receive tuition fee debit note – this option is only available on or before 5 July 2017

  • Tuition Fees Payment by Installment offered by Wing Lung Bank (only applicable to holders of valid OUHK Mastercard)

  1. If you are a new student to the University, you must provide a copy of your HKID card/passport/PRC Resident ID card (for PRC resident) by uploading it to the eRegistration system or send it to the Admissions & Enrolment Office (Part-time & Postgraduate) of the Registry.

  2. New students/continuing students applying for programme with specific entry requirements are required to provide the following documents. You can upload the documents directly to the online application system or send it to the Admissions & Enrolment Office (Part-time & Postgraduate) of the Registry:

  1. Below are programmes that only accept online course registration from continuing students who are studying the programmes. If you want to be considered for admission to the programmes, please submit hardcopy application together with supporting documents to the Admissions & Enrolment Office (Part-time & Postgraduate) of the Registry:
  • Higher Diploma in Mental Health Nursing
  • Higher Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (through Pathway 1)
  • Higher Diploma in Nursing
  • Higher Diploma in Nursing (through Pathway 1)
  • Diploma in Health Studies (Community Health Care)
  • Certificate in Health Studies (Community Health Care)
* Remarks:
  • If you choose to pay the tuition fee through e-banking of your selected bank or by debit note at a bank, the University will only reserve for you a place in the course (but not the specific class section).  Upon payment received by the University from the respective banks, the University will confirm your registration and assign you to the class section you have indicated, provided that a place is still available then. However, if there is no place left in the class section that you have chosen, the University will allocate to you a place in a different class section.

  • If you submit the online application on or before 5 July 2017 and request to receive the debit note, the University will send you a debit note on each of the courses selected by post within 10 working days. Please pay the tuition fee before the payment deadline specified on the debit note.

  • Students who wish to apply for student financial assistance should contact the Student Affairs Office (Tel: 2768 6636) for application procedures on or before 5 July 2017.
