Web Content Management System(WCM)
Web Content Management System (WCM) is a web-based software system that aims to help facilitate the collaborative creation of the OUHK website. It allows non-technical users to easily produce, publish, maintain and organize a large variety of contents with relative ease. The system provides powerful administration tools, enabling users to managing the contents visually with minimal user training or knowledge of IT.

Exchange email account for Staff can be applied via our eProcedure Centre. It is linked with HRMS and the e-mail account will be disabled upon staff resignation. The email box is 3GB with anti-Spam and anti-virus. It supports mobile email, webmail, email encryption and email archiving.

MyOUHK is a portal that serves as your single entry point for all of the University's online services and content. MyOUHK enables you to:
access all of the University's online services including the Student Administration System, Open Learning Environment and E-Library by logging in just once;
personalize the content and appearance of your page to make it easy to access the content and services that you use most often;
use this channel to communicate with the University and vice versa for important and personalized messages

The OUHK provides five different portals to users, they are “current students”, “Alumni”, “Tutors”, "Media" and “Staff. User can reach different online services in different portals and they can customize the layout/contents in the portal. User can also add their favorites in My Link, My News or organize their jobs in My Task.
MyDrive is an online storage for F2F students and tutors and will be created at the beginning of semester. For staff, storage will be assigned on request. The usage quota is 1GB for F2F students and 200MB for staff. User can reach MyDrive and guide at this link: https://mydrive.ouhk.edu.hk/
SharePoint is a self-service document management and collaboration platform. Staff can make use of MySite, MyDepartmental Site to upload and download documents or multimedia files for internal sharing or storage.
Staff is encouraged to use MySite to store their documents instead of using USB Flash Drive to prevent unexpected data loss during transmission across different media.
Another important function in the SharePoint is the E-Procedure Centre. E-Procedure Centre is a repository of online and paper-based procedures and forms, staff make their applications online and obtain relevant forms. Staff can access SharePoint through: https://staffsharepoint.ouhk.edu.hk
O365 is a free & permanent email and collaboration service to all students. It includes anywhere access to 25GB mailboxes across the desktop, web and mobile devices, free storage, document sharing and editing, instant messaging, and video chat. The account carries a domain name “@live.ouhk.edu.hk” which bears a lifelong identity of OUHK. Students can access O365 at anytime and anywhere through :
