The OUHK-CITA Learning Centre (OCLC) was established in January 2010 at Lai King. The area of the Centre is around 3,530 square metres with 11 classrooms, 3 PC laboratories, a learning resource centre, studios, self-study rooms and student amenities.

 Location : 0/F - 5/F, OUHK-CITA Learning Centre (CITA Building), 201-203 Lai King Hill Road, Kwai Chung, NT.
Centre Opening Hours : 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily  (Centre closes during Lunar New Year Holidays)
