申请报读手续及须知 Application Procedure and Notes
  1.  申请报读人士必须为香港永久性居民;或为合法居港人士及持有有效可在港接受教育培训证明文件。
    Applicants must be permanent residents of Hong Kong; or have the right of residence and permission of receiving education in Hong Kong.
  2.  除特别说明外,本院大部份课程不设特定入学要求,欢迎有志人士报读。惟本院会采取「宽进严出」的政策,确保课程的质素。
    The majority of programmes offered by LiPACE (except those with specified entry requirements) are open to everyone. Applicants should note, however, that the Institute maintains strict exit standards.
  3.  本院课程通常只收取一项总费用,但部份兼读制专业课程、海外学位课程及所有全日制课程,申请人须缴交报名费港币$300[本地生] / 港币$515[非本地生] (以每份申请表计算)。除因本院取消课程,已缴费用概不退还,亦不得转授。详情会在该课程数据中列出。
    Generally a single consolidated fee will be applied to each course. For some part-time professional programmes, overseas degree programmes and all full-time programmes, applicants are required to pay an application fee of HK$300 (for local students) / HK$515 (for non-local students) which is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the programme chosen is subsequently cancelled. This will be clearly stated in the programme brochures.
  4.  报读本院兼读制专业课程(全日制课程及相关之兼读制课程除外)
    To apply for LiPACE's part-time professional programmes (except for part-time mode of the same full-time programme(s))
    1. 邮递或亲临本院递交以下文件及学费:
      Please submit the following documents by post or in person:
      •  课程「报名表」(载于《课程概览》及本院网站);
        A completed Enrollment Form (available in the prospectus and on our website);
      •  所需学历证明文件(只适用于设有入学要求的课程)及身分证副本; 及
        A set of photocopies of relevant documents
        (for programmes that have admission requirements only)
        and copy of HKID card; &
      •  学费(可使用「易办事」、信用咭或支票缴交)。
        Tuition fee (EPS, credit card or cheque will be accepted).
    2.  网上报名:部份课程可利用网上平台报读,网址为 www.ouhk.edu.hk/lipace。
      Please visit www.ouhk.edu.hk/lipace for online enrollment.

      Applicants will receive an official receipt for their tuition fee payment and will be notified of their enrollment results before course commencement.
  5.  报读本院全日制课程及相关之兼读制课程(毅进文凭课程除外)、全日制/兼读制海外学位课程
    To apply for LiPACE's full-time programmes, part-time mode of the same full-time programme(s) (except Diploma Yi Jin) and full-time/part-time Overseas Degree Programmes
    1.  申请人可从以下途径递交申请:
      The applicants can submit their applications by one of the following methods:
      i) 网上申请(如适用)
      On-line Application (if applicable)
      Applicants can pay the application fee by credit card or online PPS through the Institute's online application platform. www.ouhk.edu.hk/lipace/hd/Enrol
    2.  书面申请
      Paper Application
      Applicants can pay the application fee by:
                - 直接存入或透过自动柜员机转账至恒生银行任何分行户口
                direct deposit or ATM transfer at any branch of the Hang Seng Bank
                (Account number: 024-262-269269-002); or
                - 以抬头为「香港公开大学」的划线支票缴交。
                a cheque payable to "The Open University of Hong Kong".

      Applicants are required to mark their full name on the original customer copy of the deposit slip or the ATM advice or the cheque and staple it to the application form. They are also advised to keep a photocopy of it as proof of payment. The application will only be processed when the application fee is paid.


      The completed application form with a set of photocopies of academic qualifications should be sent to the following address by mail or in person :

      11/F, Tower 2, Kowloon Commerce Centre, 51-53 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung, N.T.
      (Attention: The Registry Unit)

      (b) 申请人需接受面试。
      Applicants will be invited to attend an admission interview.

      (c) 成功申请者会收到入学通知。
      Successful applicants will receive notification of admission.
  6.  兼读制专业课程上课时间表可于开课前一星期在以下网页下载:www.ouhk.edu.hk/LIPACE/timetable。
    Updated class timetable information of part-time professional programmes can be downloaded one week before commencement on www.ouhk.edu.hk/LIPACE/timetable.
  7.  如因所报读课程/科目额满或取消,申请人将获另函通知,安排转班/延期/退款。
    Applicants will be informed in writing for transfer/deferral/refund if the programme/course applied for is already over-subscribed or cancelled.
  8.  凡未办妥入学手续或未缴清所需费用的申请人,概不被承认为注册学员。
    No applicant will be deemed to be an enrolled student of the Institute until such time as his/her application has been processed by the Institute and full payment of fees has been cleared at the Bank.
  9.  除非特别注明,所有入学申请均以先到先得的方法办理。
    All course enrollment applications will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
  10.  本院保留按需要更改原定课程/科目细则(如上课时间、地点、任教导师、学费等)的权利,如报名人数不足,本院有权取消课程/科目。然而,本院会尽量减低对学员的影响,并会尽快通知受影响的学员。
    The Institute reserves the right to make any alterations about the programme/course that are considered to be necessary without prior notice (e.g. changes in teaching venues, time, instructors or tuition fee, etc.). The Institute also reserves the right to cancel a programme/course if there is insufficient number of enrollment. In any case, the Institute will make every effort to minimize the inconvenience caused and will notify all affected students of any such changes as early as possible.
  11.  本院在必要时,会以短讯或电邮发出学院通知。学员请于报名表上填上手提电话及电邮地址。
    The Institute may send SMS message or email for urgent notice. Students should fill in their mobile number and email address on the enrollment form.
豁免科目申请 Application for Exemptions
  1.  学员如曾于其他认可院校修毕在内容、时数及水平上与课程个别科目相类同之课程,或已通过相关专业试,可申请豁免修读课程之相
              (a) 兼读制专业课程:资历学分的百分之五十
              (b) 全日制课程及相关之兼读制课程:学院学分的百分之五十
              (c) 若课程未有资历学分及学院学分:百分之五十科目
    Some of our programmes allow exemptions to students who have completed study of comparable coverage, duration and standard at a recognized tertiary institution or through a professional examination. Application for exemption must be submitted with supporting evidence (e.g. copies of certificate of academic or professional qualification) within 2 weeks after course commencement. Late applications made after course commencement will not be accepted. In any case, the maximum exemption allowed cannot exceed the following:
              (a) For part-time professional programmes: 50% of QF credits.
              (b) For full-time programmes and part-time mode of the same full-time programmes: 50% of LiPACE credits.
              (c) When QF and LiPACE credits are not available: 50% of the courses.
    Remarks : Individual programme(s) may allow less than 50% of exemptions.
  2.  申请人必须填妥「课程事项申请表」,就每科豁免申请缴交相关行政费用。申请成功与否,所缴费用,概不发还。有关申请表格可在本院索取或于本院网页下载。如欲提出申请,可先与有关课程主任商讨。
    Applicants are required to fill in the "Course Issues Application Form" which is available from the Institute office or website. Relevant administrative fees will be charged for each individual course exemption. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the application is approved or not. You are advised to consult the responsible Programme Leader before applying for exemption.
付款办法 Payment Methods
  1. 报读人士可选择以支票、信用咭或易办事缴交所有费用。如以支票付款,请于支票背面写上姓名、身分证号码及课程编号,抬头请写「香港公开大学」。本院并不接受期票。如申请人选择以「易办事」或信用咭缴费,可利用本院网上平台或亲临本院办理手续。此外,申请人也可利用「缴费灵网上服务」交费。
    You can pay by cheque, credit card or EPS. For cheque payment, please prepare a cheque made payable to "The Open University of Hong Kong" and send it to our Institute with your completed Enrollment Form. Please ensure that you write clearly your name, HKID number and course code on the back of the cheque. Please note that POSTDATED CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. For EPS or credit card payment, please make use of our online enrollment platform or come to our Institute with your Enrollment Form. In addition, online PPS is also available for payment.
  2.  报读人士使用香港公开大学万事达卡缴交学费,目前可获招商永隆银行额外优惠,亦可申请由招商永隆银行提供之学费分期付款,详情请参阅信用咭及申请表,申请表可于招商永隆银行各分行、香港公开大学、葵兴及荔景校园索取。
    Holders of The Open University of Hong Kong MasterCard can pay the tuition fees by credit card and gain extra benefits provided by the CMB Wing Lung Bank, or can apply for the CMB Wing Lung Bank Tuition Fees Payment by Installment. For details, please refer to the credit card and Application Form, which can be obtained from the 'CMB Wing Lung Bank' branches, the Open University of Hong Kong, Kwai Hing and OUHK-CITA Campus.
  3.  除非课程数据特别注明,所有费用必须在申请报读课程时全部付清。
    Tuition fee must be paid in full at the time of application, unless otherwise specified in the particular course description.
  4.  除报名不获接纳或课程/科目被取消的情况外,已缴学费,恕不退还。在特殊情况下,本院院长有权豁免此条款及考虑退还部分学费,但申请人于申请退款时必须缴付相关的行政费用。
    Except for unsuccessful applications and programme/course cancellation, tuition fees paid are not refundable. The Director of the Institute reserves the right to waive this condition and consider partial refund under extreme circumstances. However, relevant administrative fees will be charged upon application for refund.
学生证明 Student Identification
  1. 除短期课程及个别单科外,报读本院课程(包括兼读制专业课程、海外学位、全日制课程、长者学苑及自在人生自学计划)的人士将获发本院学生证作身份识别之用。
    Except for those on short courses and individual subjects, students (including students of part-time professional programmes,
    overseas degree, full-time programmes, Elder Academy and Capacity Building Mileage Programme) will be issued with the Institute
    student card for identification purpose.
  2. 学员必须保留本院所发出的正式收据及学生证,在开课、领取课程资料及进入上课地点时,本院有权要求学员出示收据及学生证以供
    Students are requested to use their official receipts and student card as a means of student identification, particularly for class commencement, course materials distribution and access to class venues.
图书馆服务 Library Service
  1. 本院全日制文凭、高级文凭及海外学位课程的学生可进入大学图书馆借阅图书,在馆内使用电子数据库。本院兼读制专业课程学生可付

    • 利用互联网远程使用电子图书馆(有效期一年)
    • 「开探网络信息」课程(SB010)学额一个,学习网上资料搜集技巧
    • 四小时面授导修课

    Students of our full-time diploma, higher diploma and overseas degree programmes will have access to the OUHK Library to borrow books and use online databases (in the Library only). Moreover, students of part-time professional programmes may pay an annual fee of $900 (or $800 if not attending the tutorials) for the following e-library services:

    • One-year online access to e-library
    • Enrollment in the course “Mining Information in the Internet Age” (SB010) for information-searching techniques
    • Four hours of face-to-face tutorials
学历证书及成绩 Programme Award and Transcript
  1. 除非特别注明,本院课程一般不设衔接香港公开大学的学位课程的安排。
    Generally our programmes have no articulation to any of the credit-bearing courses of the OUHK undergraduate programmes unless
    otherwise specified.
  2. 除非课程另有说明指定要求,学员修读本院课程,出席率不少于百分之七十者(兼读制专业课程或全日制课程之相关兼读制课程)或八十者(全日制课程),一般可申请「听讲证书」(需缴付相关行政费用)。
    Unless otherwise specified, generally students who have attended at least 70% (part-time professional programmes or part-time mode of the relevant full-time programmes) or 80% (full-time programmes) of classes can apply for a Certificate of Attendance with an administrative fee at the prevailing rate.
  3. 若课程设有考核,本院会按规定向考核及格的学员颁发课程证书或文凭,而学员的成绩纪录会被保留四年。
    For those programmes where there are assessment requirements, relevant Certificates or Diplomas will be awarded to those students who
    satisfactorily meet the requirements. All academic results will be kept for 4 years.
  4. 修读海外学位课程的学员只会由该海外大学颁授有关学位,本院不会额外颁发任何学历证书或学位。
    Students of overseas degree programmes will be awarded the relevant degree from the overseas universities. There will be no
    additional awards granted by the Institute.
  5. 学员如欲申请成绩复核,请于获发成绩后2星期内(兼读制专业课程)或7天内(全日制课程及全日制课程之相关兼读制课程)填妥「课程事项申请表」以书面提出,并同时缴付相关行政费用。复核要求将交由本院课程管理委员会审议,结果将于一个月内以书面通知申请人。行政费用将会退还予成绩复核成功之申请。
    Application for results appeal must be submitted using the "Course Issues Application Form" with an administrative fee at the prevailing rate within 2 weeks (part-time professional programmes) or within 7 days (full-time programmes and part-time mode of the relevant fulltime programmes) of the announcement of results. Requests will be submitted to the Institute's Programme Management Committee to determine the results and students will be notified within one month of the date of application. The fee is refundable for successful cases of appeal in the circumstances that a more favorable course result is awarded.
  6. 学科成绩一般在考试后8-12星期上载至「学生入门网站」。鉴于质素保证要求,成绩需经课程管理委员会通过,学员请耐心等候。
    Course results will be uploaded on the student portal normally within 8-12 weeks after examination. For the purpose of quality assurance, the assessment results are subject to the moderation and approval of the Programme Management Committee.
  7. 毕业学员若重复修读已获颁授证书/文凭之同一课程,本院不会再就同一课程颁授课程证书/文凭,但学员在修毕该课程后可获发更新的成绩表,该成绩表将详列课程内所有曾修读的科目。
    If a graduate of a programme repeats the same programme, the Institute will not issue the programme award again. However, an updated transcript, listing out all previously studied courses in the programme, will be issued after the successful completion of the whole programme.
行政费用 Administration Charges
  1. 为收回处理学员申请的行政成本,本院会按有关申请事项收取以下费用,费用须于申请时连同「课程事项申请表」缴交,申请成功与否,将不获发还。


    * 申请必须于缴付有关行政费用后方获受理。所缴付的行政费用,无论申请成功与否概不退还。

    Due to the administrative costs in handling the requests below, a non-refundable administrative fee will be charged and payable at the time of submission of the "Course Issues Application Form".

    * Your application will only be processed after the administration fee is settled (which is non-refundable regardless of whether your application is approved or not).
质素监控 Quality Assurance

  2. 香港政府于2008年5月5日正式推出资历架构,以整理主流教育、职业培训和持续进修三方面的资历。资历架构共分为七个资历等级,订明各项资历持有人应该拥有的能力,并清晰界定各级别资历的质素、标准和衔接,方便学员订定进修目标。课程经过质素保证机制 审核后,方可获得资历架构认可。本院大部份证书和文凭课程已经纳入资历架构内,其余正分批进行,而已纳入资历架构的课程的资历级别及编号会在课程网页标示。详情请浏览学院网页,或参阅资历架构网页www.hkqr.gov.hk。

    Launched by the Government on 5 May 2008, the Qualifications Framework (QF) is a 7-level hierarchy designed to order and support qualifications of academic, vocational and continuing education. QF sets out the competences that qualification holders should possess and aims to clearly define the standards of different qualifications, ensure their quality and indicate the articulation ladders between different levels of qualifications. Education providers can apply for registering their programmes under the QF subject to a quality assurance assessment. At LiPACE, majority of the certificate/diploma programmes have been registered under the QF. More works are underway. Those QF registered programmes will have the QF Level and Registration Number displayed on the programme webpage. 学费分期付款 Tuition Fees Payment by Installment

报读人士如持有由隆银行发出的香港公开大学万事达卡,可申请由招商永隆银行提供之学费分期付款。香港公开大学万事达卡申请表可于招商永隆银行各分行、香港公开大学何文田校园、荔景校园及葵兴校园索取。香港公开大学万事达卡持有人如透过互联网报读本院课程,并选择以学费分期方式缴付学费,即可自动参加由招商永隆银行提供的学费分期付款计划。报读人士无需再递交该计划的申请表。详情请致电招商永隆银行信用卡中心热线2309 5555或浏览网页:www.winglungbank.com。

Holders of the Open University of Hong Kong MasterCard issued by the CMB Wing Lung Bank can apply for the Tuition Fees Payment by Installment from the Bank. Application forms of the OUHK MasterCard are available from branches of CMB Wing Lung Bank, Ho Man Tin Campus of The Open University of Hong Kong, OUHK-CITA Campus and Kwai Hing Campus. OUHK MasterCard holders may also apply for the Tuition Fees Payment by Installment online for paying the tuition fee through the LiPACE Online Enrollment System. Submission of hardcopies of application forms is not required for online applications.
