Historically rich, University Paris II Panthéon-Assas is heir of the former Faculté de Droit et de Sciences Economiques de Paris, once comprising the Sorbonne and located in the heart of the Latin Quarter since the 13th century.

Interdisciplinary Center for Human Resources Education (CIFFOP)

Established in 1971, Interdisciplinary Center for Human Resources Education (CIFFOP) is a leading center in human resources under University of Paris, Panthéon-Assas, and it is the first university institute dedicated to the education of human resources professionals in direct cooperation with the business world. As a specialized center for human resources management training within the Sorbonne University Network, CIFFOP aims to train students, graduates of business schools and post-graduate programmes to meet the challenges and changes in the profession in order to take on responsibilities in all areas of human resources management and labor relations, such as HR management in businesses, multinational companies, international organizations, substantive servicing, business units and consultancy firms.

CIFFOP currently offers several Master Degree programmes, including Master Degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations, Master Degree in International Human Resources Management, Executive Master Degree and Master Degree in Coaching. The programmes offered are highly recognized by HR professionals in France and around the world. Some of them were ranked top by the media among relevant programmes. CIFFOP has a strong network of human resources professionals, and provides a mentoring system with highly qualified human resources professionals and a work-study apprenticeship programme to the students.
