'The year I spent in CIFFOP was really rewarding. This work/study alternation programme allowed me to acquire practical HRM skills through classes and internship. Being immersed in a multicultural environment, I was able to get in touch with peers and teachers from diverse cultural background, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of different cultures. CIFFOP also organised professional seminar abroad for us to discover the international HR world and meet with numerous HR professionals from MNCs. CIFFOP does provide a real stepping stone to a professional HR career.'
