Call for Papers

International Conference on Housing and Ageing Policies: Global and China Perspectives provides a platform for researchers, academics, industrial practitioners and students to share research findings which inquire into policies in housing and ageing.
The Conference is now accepting papers covering the following topics:

Housing market and mortgage
Housing and urban planning
Urban regeneration and housing

Note: other relevant topics related to the themes of ageing and housing are welcome!
Abstracts should be prepared in English with word limit no more than 500 words.  Abstracts submitted will be reviewed by a group of experts in related fields.
There may be publication opportunities for the selected papers.
Submission Deadline
Abstract submission deadline: 19 February 2021
Notification of abstract acceptance: 3 weeks after receiving the abstract
Note 1: Authors of an accepted paper are required to register for the conference. The registration link will be sent via the confirmation email.
Note 2: The Organizing Committee will monitor the situation of COVID-19 pandemic and decide whether the Conference will be conducted online. In case speakers have any concerns on travelling, please contact the Conference Secretariat at
