Legal knowledge is indispensable for everyone in our daily life. A good sense in law can greatly promote the quality of decisions made for business or personal issues. This programme meets the needs of people who want to grasp comprehensive, essential legal knowledge in a relatively short period of time.
Upon completion of the programme, students should be able to:

Recommended Admission Qualifications
Level 2 in 5 HKDSE subjects (including English and Chinese); or
Satisfactory completion of Yi Jin Diploma, or
5 passes in HKCEE (including English and Chinese at level 2 or grade E) or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant working experience, or
Satisfactory completion of Yi Jin Certificate plus 1 year of relevant working experience, or
Other acceptable equivalent qualifications (at QF level 3); or
Mature applicants aged 21 or above with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience may also be considered.
Applicants possessing "Attained/Attained with Distinction" results in a Applied Learning (ApL) subject are deemed to have attained "Level 2/Level 3" respectively in one HKDSE subject, with a maximum of 2 ApL subjects that can be counted for admission purpose.
The course assessment is divided into two parts: Continuous Assessment and Examination. Students are required to have an overall pass in the overall assessment. The passing mark is 50.
A “Certificate in Laws” will be issued by LiPACE to those who have successfully completed the programme.
