^ Starting from academic year 2019/20, the programme is subsidized by the government under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP). Local students enrolling in the subsidized places of the programme will receive an annual subsidy up to $36,400.

* Tuition fees will be paid in 2 equal installments, i.e., HK$11,500 each semester

Introduction

  • Provides opportunities for students to experiment with creating and performing music to various audiences under the backup of the technical team of Baron School of Music
  • Past graduates have pursued a career in music production or have articulated to related top-up degree in UGC university

This programme aims to nurture creativity and equip students with essential technical skills to compose, perform, and produce popular music for the entertainment industry. It is designed to cover the core aspects that prepare graduates to pursue careers as singer-songwriters, recording studio technicians or related roles in the music industry.
