Executive Forum – Professional Services Reimagined
The pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges to businesses. But beyond survival in the New Normal, how could companies ride the crest of the waves and find ways to thrive in these ever-changing circumstances? Here to speak with us in this Executive Forum talk is Mr. Philip Tsai, recently retired Chairman of Deloitte China and now Partner Emeritus. He is here to share with us how the professional services sector is transforming, both as a result of and in response to these changes. Join us as we explore the following:
  • What are the new mechanisms of acquiring and delivering professional services?
  • How would professional services firms nurture talent after the pandemic?
  • How professional services leaders are adapting to these changes to better support clients and employees?  For example, how could computer-assisted audit techniques help auditors maintain or improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of meeting professional standards?
What are the changes from the perspective of employees of the professional services firms?
