OUHK Student Financial Assistance Scheme for 2019 Autumn Term (For Successful Applicants) (For Part-time Students)

The first and second rounds of successful applicants who have accepted the bursary/loan will receive a Confirmation Letter in early September and mid September 2019 respectively. Please keep the Confirmation Letter for filing tax return in the future.
Please note the following important details:
- Full/Partial bursary recipients are invited to write a thank you letter to their donors. Please submit the letter to the Student Affairs Office on or before 4 October 2019.
Besides, partial bursary recipients can apply for financial assistance for the amount of tuition fee payable, e.g. the Extended Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) and Continuing Education Fund (CEF) administered by the Student Finance Office (SFO) of the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA). Please submit application before the stipulated deadline.
- The Pay After One Year (PAOY) Loan recipients will receive a loan repayment schedule and a Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) form 8 weeks (i.e. mid July 2020) before the first instalment date (15 October 2020). Repayment should be made by autopay transaction. Please arrange autopay application with your bank, and ensure the autopay authorization is successfully completed before the first instalment date. A photocopy of completed DDA form should also be submitted to the Student Affairs Office (by mail or by fax).
The Pay On Graduation (POG) Loan recipients are required to repay the loan when the conditions stated in the undertaking are met, they will receive notice of repayment in writing.
