Application for Graduation (Undergraduate (Full-time) programmes) (August 2020 Conferment)
A student who has fulfilled the requirements of his/her chosen Undergraduate (Full-time) plan of study shall graduate after 2020 Spring Examinations. Nevertheless, students of the following categories shall be required to apply for graduation if they:
| (i) || wish to graduate with a lower award such as an ordinary degree or an Associate Degree, and if their study plan provide such an early exit and also that they fulfill the requirements of such award, or |
| (ii) || wish to have the credits of courses completed in Part-time (Distance Learning) counted towards the graduation requirement of their chosen study plans. |
Students of the above categories are required to complete the Form G-GR-F and return it to the Advanced Standing and Graduation Office by mail or fax no later than 14 June 2020. (Students are strongly advised to submit Form G-GR-F before the course results of 2020 Spring examinations are confirmed.)
Please note that if students do not wish to graduate with a lower award or do not have any credits of Part-time (Distance Learning) course(s) counted towards their FT programmes for graduation, they are not required to submit the application form.
For students (including those submitted application for graduation) who are eligible for graduation for August 2020 conferment, they will receive the followings by mail in mid-July:
| (i) || a notification confirming their eligibility for graduation (Form G-GRCF), and |
| (ii) || a debit note for graduation fee. |
Potential graduands are required to complete the Form G-GRCF and pay the graduation fee on or before 27 July 2020. If potential graduands do not receive the notification by 23 July 2020, they should contact the Advanced Standing and Graduation Office immediately.
