Opening Hours of Registry Counter under Covid-19

Dear students,
Following the HKSAR Government's earlier announcement that, if the epidemic situation does not rebound and remains on a downward trend, most of the social distancing measures will be relaxed in three phrases starting from 21 April, the Registry will gradually resume its various services with a view to resuming normal operations and service level in an orderly manner.
In this connection, our counter will reopen for three days a week with effect from 4 April 2022 (Monday) with adjusted hours as follows:

Even though the counters will be open, you are advised to contact the Registry by email and use our online services as far as possible to minimize contact in order to help fight the pandemic. Please submit documents electronically instead of by mail to avoid any delay in processing. Hotline services during office hours will continue but may be intermittently unavailable during lunch hour (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm).
In the event that in-person service is required (such as collection of documents, qualification check etc.), please come by during our counter opening hours as indicated above. You are also advised to make an appointment with respective teams in advance before coming in to ensure that the service needed will be available. Although there are signs that the epidemic situation is stabilizing, the University will only resume normal operations in a gradual and orderly manner in accordance with the announced phased relaxation of social distancing measures.
