    Anti-Spam Login

Anti-Spam software (PureMessage) is a mail-filtering program that runs on the email server. In OUHK, all ingoing email messages pass through PureMessage. The filter looks for certain message characteristics and performs actions on the message when these characteristics are found. The incoming email message is sent to anti-spam quarantine and does not delivered to users if it is found to have a spam probability.

The End User Web Interface ( LINK : https://emailfilter.ouhk.edu.hk ) provides users with a web-base interface to manage their quarantined messages, define approved senders and blocked senders, and enable periodical personal quarantine digest.

The FAQ of Anti-Spam software can be found at http://www.ouhk.edu.hk :

    1. select “IT Support” on menu bar
    2. click “Technical Support FAQs
