    School of Education and Languages

    Mr Pretor Fok Wai-kei, Lecturer in English Language and English Language Education, obtained his Bachelor of Education in Language Education and Master of Arts in Linguistics degrees from the University of Hong Kong. He has extensive teaching experience at the primary, secondary and tertiary education levels. He first joined the OUHK in 2008 and left for a year in 2010 to work on his doctoral thesis before returning to the OUHK in September of this year.

    School of Science and Technology

    Mr Samuel Tsang Chi-hung, Lecturer in Nursing, graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). He also received a Master of Healthcare (Nursing) degree from PolyU and a Master of Business Administration in Health Service Management degree from the University of Ballarat, Australia. He has worked in hospitals and has extensive nursing experience in medical-surgical and intensive care, as well as hospital administration.

    Ms Windy Lee Wai-man, Lecturer in Nursing, obtained her Bachelor's Degree with first-class honours from PolyU and her Master of Nursing degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). She has worked as a clinical associate in PolyU and has extensive clinical experience in the operating theatre and in critical care nursing. Her research interests include critical care nursing, the psychological needs of patients and their families, and systematic reviews and qualitative studies.

    Mr Jonathan Ho Ka-ming, Lecturer in Nursing, obtained his Bachelor's Degree with first-class honours from PolyU and Master's Degree from CUHK. He was first in class when he attended the Post-registration Certificate Course in Emergency Nursing. Mr Ho has worked in the emergency department of Queen Elizabeth Hospital for ten years. His research interests include emergency nursing, respiratory nursing and end-of-life care.


    New full-time staff representative in Council

    Mr Raymond Chan Wai-kau from the Administration and Accommodation Unit has been elected to the OUHK Council as the representative of full-time staff. His two-year term of office began in October.
