    Mr Xu Zibing

Mr Xu Zibing is the former Director of the Education and Training Centre for Officials and Entrepreneurs of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council. During his tenure as Director, Mr Xu actively supported collaboration between the Centre and the OUHK. In 2008, the two institutions signed a four-year agreement to co-host a two-year online Master's Degree in Business Administration programme for senior executives of state-owned enterprises. This programme, with the aim of providing students with both conventional theories and practical skills in business, was the University's first-ever online training programme to be run in partnership with mainland China. Since its launch in 2009, nearly 300 students have enrolled in the programme.
