  • Bachelor of Sports and Recreation Management with Honours
    Introduction

    The Bachelor of Sports and Recreation Management with Honours is a four-year programme. Applicants can apply for admission to Year 1 or Senior Year.

    Senior year entry*   Programme code: BSRMHJS (full-time)
            BSRMHJSP (part-time)
    # SSSDP subsidy is not applicable to non-local applicants/students of this programme.
    * Applicants will be considered for admission to different years of the study programme depending on individual academic merits and other relevant factors. Senior year entry applicants/students of this programme are NOT eligible for subsidy under SSSDP.

     

    Entry Requirement

     

    Aims

    The programme aims to provide high quality education and training focusing on the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in business applicable to the context of sports and recreation. By combining business and sports and recreation, and offering a comprehensive work-based learning project, the programme develops graduates into professionals who are able to integrate knowledge, skills, and experience acquired from the management and sports sciences and from the practical world, and apply these to organizations in the sports and recreation industry as well as other sectors and industries.

    Career prospects

    Graduates can seek employment related to sports or recreation in various for profit and not-for profit organizations as entry level professionals and managers.

    Further Studies

    Opportunities are available for the graduates of this programme to pursue postgraduate studies in Hong Kong and abroad. Students may continue to study for a Master of Business Administration or other master degrees in business-related areas.
