A green party

A total of 44 staff members and their family members attended an environmental fun day at the Garden Farm in Sai Kung on 26 April. The green-themed party, organized by the Human Resources Unit, featured a delightful programme offering participants the opportunity to visit an organic farm to try their hands at organic farming, to join handicraft and cookery workshops, and to sate their palates with a BBQ lunch.


Cooking the Italian way

On 21–22 June, 55 staff members and their family members joined a cooking workshop organized by the Human Resources Unit to learn to cook the Italian way. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, the participants learned to make three mouth-watering Italian dishes and enjoyed a truly exceptional gastronomic experience.
