Meeting with Kowloon City District Councillors

In recent years, the OUHK has strived to enhance teaching facilities and to increase the space available for student activities. For this reason, the University maintains close links with various government departments and the Kowloon City District Council (KCDC) in order to strengthen communication between both sides and to seek support for our various development plans. On 4 July, Kowloon City District Officer Mr William Tsui Yiu-leung, Senior Liaison Officer Ms Eunice Ip Yuk-mei, and KCDC members Mr Pun Kwok-wah, Ms Lee Wai-king and Mr Ng Fan-kam were invited to visit Jubilee College. The visitors were given an introduction to our Sheung Shing Street project and a guided tour of Jubilee College by President Prof. Yuk-Shan Wong, Director of Public Affairs Mr Stephen Ng and Acting Director of Facilities Management Mrs Cybill Lam. Following the meeting, the visitors stated that they had gained a better understanding of the project and plans for its future development, and that they have no objection to the project as it moves forward.
