The Centaline Charity Fund Scholarship aims at awarding and supporting full-time secondary school students in Hong Kong with outstanding academic achievements for their full time first undergraduate degree studies (Year 1) in local, Mainland and overseas universities in academic year 2021-22.

Under the scholarship programme of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), the Japanese Government will offer different types of scholarship for Hong Kong and Macau students wishing to pursue their studies at a Japanese university or Specialized Training College. The scholarship covers Entrance fees and full tuition, Monthly allowance and Round-trip flight between Hong Kong and Japan.

The Link University Scholarship aims to award students who are the first amongst three generations in their families to attend university in Hong Kong. The scholarship grant for each awardee is HK$20,000.
Application and Deadline
Applicants must be local students and will study Year 2 to 4 in the 2021/22 academic year.

The Scholarship for Prospective English Teachers aims to attract persons proficient in English to pursue relevant local bachelor degree programmes and/or teacher training programmes which will qualify them to become English teachers on graduation.
Scholarship Amount
The Scholarship is tenable for the normal duration of the study programmes. A renewal exercise is conducted every year. The Scholarship amounts are detailed in the following table:

The Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowships and Scholarships for Overseas Studies aim at financing outstanding students for overseas postgraduate or undergraduate studies. They are expected to contribute significantly to the development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong) after graduation.

The Young Women Scholarship offered by the Zubin Foundation aims to award local full-time students who should be female ethnic minority. Applicants must have obtained an admission offer of Higher diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in the 2021/22 academic year. 23 awards with $20,000 each will be granted.
