    2019 Make-up Graduation Ceremony and 2020 Graduation Ceremony
    2019 Make-up Graduation Ceremony and 2020 Graduation Ceremony
    We are excited that the graduation ceremonies are just around the corner, with the 2019 Congregation sessions beginning on 23 November and 2020 Ceremonies running till 4 December. Preparation works are in full swing.
    While we work our best to prepare for physical ceremonies at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium (QES) and sincerely hope that the ceremonies can be held as planned, the pandemic situation is unstable recently.  In the unfortunate event that the situation worsened, and physical ceremonies could not be held at QES owing to Government requirements, the University would move the ceremonies online and conduct them at the same time as the original schedule.
    We will continuously monitor the situation and work closely with the Queen Elizabeth Stadium. In case of any changes, you be informed as soon as possible via email and SMS, as applicable.
    The Alumni Affairs Office of PAU has set up a range of graduation decorations on both the Main Campus and Jockey Club Campus since mid-November.  Also, photo backdrop will be set up and various props will be provided in the Multi-purpose Hall on Main Campus which will be open from 10am to 8pm from 29 November to 30 December.  Please visit Alumni Office’s webpage for more details.
    In the meantime, please stay vigilant in the fight against the pandemic and keep yourselves safe and healthy!
    Precautionary Measures
    For graduates attending the Congregation, please be reminded that you and your guest(s) should
    1. wear facial masks throughout the ceremony;
    2. maintain appropriate social distancing all the time;
    3. arrive early to avoid a large number of people lining up at the QES entrance;
    4. have body temperature check before entering QES (If graduates and/or guests show any respiratory symptoms or have a body temperature of 37.5 °C or higher, they would not be admitted to the venue and should seek medical advice immediately);
    5. take the seat according to the seat number on the ticket; and
    6. not eat or drink at the venue.
