    Professor Liz Hamp-Lyons


    Introduction
     
     
    Professor Liz Hamp-Lyons was Head of English and Chair Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 1996 and 2003. She is now a member of CRELLA (Centre for Research in English Language Learning and Assessment) University of Bedfordshire, UK. She is also a senior consultant to the College English Test of China (CET).
     
    Research Interests
     
    Professor Hamp-Lyons’ research interests include the development and validation of English language writing and speaking assessments, assessment for academic and specific purposes, learning-oriented language assessment and language teacher assessment literacy.
