HKSAR Government Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship Scheme
The Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship Scheme (SPSS), under the Self-financing Post-secondary Education Fund (SPEF) offers scholarships and awards to students pursuing full-time locally-accredited self-financing sub-degree or bachelor's degree (including top-up degree) programmes. In 2019/20, the OUHK takes pride in having more than 850 students/graduates granted scholarships including the Outstanding Performance Scholarship (OPS), Best Progress Award (BPA), Talent Development Scholarship (TDS), Reaching Out Award (ROA), Endeavour Scholarship (EDS), totaling over $14.11 million. Sir Robert Black Trust Fund Scholarships for Postgraduate Studies 2021-22
Sir Robert Black Trust Fund Postgraduate Scholarships 2021-22 are now open for application for individuals to pursue postgraduate studies or other training programmes, local or overseas.
The primary aim of the scholarship is to provide opportunities for people of exceptional merit, who have demonstrated their potential to serve the community through the qualities of personal leadership, to develop their initiative and character, so that they may acquire greater social usefulness. Priority will therefore be given to candidates of proven ability and experience in fields which have a significant impact on community life, e.g. medical studies, journalism, social work, education, arts, politics, sciences, etc.
Application and Deadline
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview. Details of the Scholarships and application forms could be downloaded at the website of Home Affairs Bureau or from the Secretariat of Sir Robert Black Trust Fund Committee at 34/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The completed application form together with all relevant documents must reach the Secretariat by 5pm on or before 12 March 2021. Applications submitted via e-mail or by fax, incomplete applications, or late submission would not be considered.

2021 Global Korea Scholarship – Program for Graduate Degrees
The Korean Government Scholarship Program for Graduate Degrees is now open for application.
The Scholarship Program is designed to provide international students with opportunities to study at higher educational institutions in Korea for graduate-level degrees, which will enhance international education exchange and deepen mutual friendship between Korea and participating countries. Application and Deadline
The completed application forms, together with relevant documents, should be returned to the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, 5F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong no later than Friday, 12 March 2021. All documents will not be accepted by e-mail.

Scholarship for Prospective English Teachers (2021/22) 
The aim of the Scholarship for Prospective English Teachers is to attract persons proficient in English to pursue relevant local bachelor degree programmes and/or teacher training programmes, which will qualify them to become English teachers upon graduation. Each local student will be awarded HK$50,000 per year and each non-local student, HK$80,000 per year.

“The Scholarship” is tenable for the normal duration of the study programmes. For awardees pursuing the three kinds of study programmes lasting for more than one year listed above, a renewal exercise is conducted every year. To have the scholarship renewed, awardees are obliged to put forward good conduct and academic performance while complying with the terms and conditions of the Undertaking which they sign when they accept the award of scholarship.
