Quality Assurance Handbook
Our Quality Assurance Handbook focuses on those policies and procedures which pertain to the delivery of award-bearing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of the University. Much of the literature about quality assurance refers to the quality cycle of planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and refining. This cycle aims to encourage the continual improvement of current practice and is applied to both our operation and to the system itself. Thus, the
e-version of the QA Handbook [staff login required] is regularly updated as appropriate, to reflect the latest processes and mechanisms which are under constant review.
