SMART Goal Setting and Action Plan for Success

    大學十件事 – 由Smart Goal 講起

The start of 1st year is an important time for you to consider what you want to achieve in your academic performance, career or any other success before graduation.

Learning how to properly set goals is a necessary skill. Without goals you lack focus and direction. Goal setting can be beneficial by providing focus, giving a sense of purpose, being a source of motivation and developing responsibility.

    What’s Your Learning Style

    Pen Spinning

Some people cannot keep still during classes while others like listening music when studying. Some people find it more efficient to study in cafes while others prefer to study at home or library. Why? It’s all about your learning style.

Your learning style influences the way you understand information and solve problems. Understanding your own preferred learning style can help you learn more efficiently and understand why learning is sometimes difficult.

    Personality Dimensions® Workshop - Self-Awareness & Interpersonal Relationship

    性格透視® 認識自我:成功經營自己的第一步

    Pen Spinning

Everyone is different. Knowing some of the ways people are different assures us that we are okay in our own uniqueness and that we aren’t alone in some of our idiosyncrasies (特異性).

Personality Dimensions® uses four colours along with short descriptors and symbols to represent the Temperament preferences: Inquiring Green (綠色探究型), Organized Gold (金色組織型), Authentic Blue (藍色真我型), Resourceful Orange (橙色多謀型). These combined aspects create a common language of understanding of yourself and others.
