Physical education can enhance the physical, mental, and social or emotional development of every student. Our PE Courses include: Soccer, K-pop Dance, Badminton, Tchoukball, Karatedo, Taekwondo, Self Defense, Yoga etc. The courses focus on skill development, improving physical fitness levels and encouraging students to establish lifelong fitness goals.
