    Fitness Room


     
    The Fitness Room is located in Jockey Club Campus. It aims to provide another sports alternative to students and staff other than the Multi-purpose Halls. Some basic fitness training equipment is available for those who are keen to challenge themselves with a brand new exercise goal.

    Who can use the Fitness Room?
     
    All OUHK students enrolling in credit-bearing programmes (with current enrollment) and OUHK staff (temporary staff or temporary staff access cardholders excluded) are welcome to use the Fitness Room. 
    Users must apply for a Fitness Card from FMU in advance. Please refer to the application section for details.
     
     
    How to Use?
     
    All Fitness Card holders may use the facility within its opening hours. No prior booking is required. The service is free.
    Identity check will be conducted in the Room regularly. Those who fail to present their Fitness Cards and student or staff cards will be requested to leave the Room.
