    Lost & Found

    If you have lost something valuables or items with personal data at OUHK (e.g. USB, wallet, octopus card, mobile phone and computer, etc.), please complete the Report Form and submit it to the office below.  For lost properties, please also send to the office below.

    During non-office hours, please hand over the lost property to the Security Control Room in:
    1. Room C-141, Kwok Tak Seng Building (Block C)
    2. Room E0G07, Block E
      Monday to Friday: 9:00a.m. - 5:38p.m.   
        (except Public Holidays)  
    To save your precious time, self-service of lost and found claim of sundry items will be facilitated during opening hour on Main Campus and Jockey Club Campus as follows:
    Main Campus: Outside Security Control Room, Room C-141, -1/F
    Jockey Club Campus: Inside Security Control Room, Room E0G07, G/F
    Claim of valuables and items with personal data (e.g. purses, mobile phones, memory stick, etc.) will still be handled by our office at Room A1016, Cheng Yu Tung Building (Block A).
    For enquiries, please feel free to call our Facilities Management Services provider (Hong yip) at 3120 2413.
    It is the OUHK’s policy to keep the lost items for one month* and those remaining unclaimed thereafter will be disposed of in suitable ways.
    *Perishable items such as food and drinks will be disposed immediately or kept for a shorter period of time according to the condition.
