    Add/Drop period & Online Course Selection for the 2022 Summer Term (Undergraduate)

    Dear Students,

     

    The Add/Drop period of the 2022 Summer Term is scheduled from 30 May to 10 June 2022. You may perform the following enrolment actions via MyHKMU (Programme > Classes & Enrolment > Enrolment -UG) during this period:

    ·         Online course selection (continued): Self-enroll or swap class sections not yet arranged before term

    ·         Application for Add/Drop: Submit an application to add retake courses, add extra courses, or drop courses

     

    Details are provided below. Please note that the two groups have different application methods, please use the respective functions for submission; otherwise, your application will not be processed.

    Ø   Swap Class / Course’ function to swap class section(s)

    Ÿ   Add retake course(s) for course(s) awarded ’Fail’ grade

    Ÿ   Add extra course(s) that are not prescribed for you in this term

    Ÿ   Drop course(s)

    From 30 May (2:30 p.m.) to 10 June 2022 (5:00 p.m.)

    Ÿ   Students should submit online for consideration and approval by Schools:

    Ø  ‘Application for Add/Drop’ function

    Ÿ   Students should check the application results via the status field, and the ‘Class Schedule’ on the course(s) successfully added.

    Ÿ   Class Schedule for all courses – You can check the class schedule and the class availability of all courses. Please note that classes are conducted from Monday to Saturday.

    Ÿ   Tutorial and Associated Lecture – You can check the tutorial with its associated lecture for all courses.

    Ÿ   Instruction Kit for Accessing Course Enrolment Functions – You can check how to access course enrolment functions.

    Ÿ   FAQ on Course Enrolment – You can check a list of common questions from students about course enrolment.

     

    1. Advice Sheet on Course Selection (available via MyHKMU) – You can check the enrolment requirements prescribed for your programme and academic level in this term, including the course(s) assigned under normal curriculum, whether the course(s) are pre-assigned or to be self-enrolled, and pre-requisites of the course(s), if any.
