Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that “Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution” and “Google Suite for Education” are now available for your academic support purposes.
Using O365 account: you can download and install the latest Microsoft Office in your PCs or mobile devices. Please follow the URL below for getting your password and further information:
www.ouhk.edu.hk -> Staff Portal -> Communication & Support -> O365
Using Google account: you can use the unlimited size Gmail and Google Drive. For details, please follow:
www.ouhk.edu.hk -> Staff Portal -> Communication & Support-> Google Gmail
Kindly note that your Google account will expire after you leave the University or your contract ends and it will be terminated after 6 months graceful period. Please back up all emails and files before your Google account expires.
