An upgrade of JCC Internal Firewall will be arranged on 14 August 2021 (Sat) 22:30 to 15 August 2021 (Sun) 01:30. The incoming and outgoing traffic to the Internet in JCC will be interrupted. During that period, access to the following systems hosted in JCC will be affected:
1. Staff Email System (all incoming emails will be queued to ensure no email lost)
3. Library CSIDS system
4. Student mobile apps
5. IP phone system
Other IT services such as OUHK’s Homepage, Student Administration System, HRMS, Financial Systems and Library System will not be affected. A message will be sent to inform all users once all the services are back to normal.
