2022年電子圖書館新增及終止訂購的資料庫

經過圖書館每年度與各學院的檢討和商議後，2022新增及終止服務的資料庫如下：

新增資料庫
由即日起，以下資料庫可經電子圖書館連接使用：

1. Business Insights: Global (Provider: Gale)

This is a source for international business intelligence offering convenient way to find case studies, in-depth statistical data coupled with deep research, and the ability to compare global economies, countries and industries.

2. Gale Reference Complete (Provider: Gale)

Gale Reference Complete provides access to Gale’s primary and secondary source databases. It provides access to over 50 databases, including Archives Unbound, Gale Academic OneFile Select, Gale Power Search and much more.

3. Mango Languages (Provider: Mango Languages)

This is a language-learning website providing over 70 world language courses. Users can use it as a guest or sign up a personal account by using their University email address to record learning progress. An APP version is also available. Users need to use their personal account created via the Web version to log into the APP version.

4. Net Languages - Methodology for Teachers (Primary and Secondary) (Provider: Net Languages)

This is an online English teacher training courses designed for primary and secondary school or adult teachers. Users are able to learn how to teach English or refresh their knowledge of current methodology.

5. 中國期刊全文數據庫. 工程科技 (化學/冶金工業/環境/礦業) (Provider: CNKI)

在這個系列中，讀者可找到超過980本中文學術性期刊全文，涵蓋化學、石油天然氣工業、材料科學、礦業工程、金屬學及金屬工藝、冶金工業、安全科學與災害防治、環境科學與資源利用等科目。

6. 端傳媒 = Initium Media (Provider: 端傳媒科技(香港)有限公司)

端傳媒提供其原創調查報導和數據新聞，以新聞專業的立場，解析大中華地區及國際事務，提供專業新聞內容。

讀者亦可下載APP版本，但需要使用正校園(MC)、賽馬會校園(JCC)及賽馬會健康護理學院(IOH)提供的無線網絡服務(Wi-Fi)以連接資源。

如要使用上述資料庫，請到圖書館網頁的LibSearch鍵入資料庫名稱，然後按檢索鍵，找到所需記錄後按「線上檢視」使用資源。

終止訂購的資料庫
由2022年1月1日起，圖書館終止訂購以下資料庫：

6. Art full text (H.W. Wilson) (Provider: EBSCO)
7. Bibliography of Asian studies (Provider: EBSCO)
8. Design and applied arts index (Provider: ProQuest)
9. Screen studies collection (Provider: ProQuest)
