第六屆知識工程國際會議於2020年3月28至30日在日本岡山線上舉行，李兆基商業管理學院助理教授許德賢博士於會議中發表了一篇題為“Which Coach is Better for Knowledge Creation? An Examination of the Relationship between Coaching Styles and Individual Knowledge Creation” 的論文。許博士在「教育理論及知識管理」的環節中獲頒「最佳報告獎」。他的論文建基於兩個常見的組織現象 — 指導及知識管理，去探討指導方式如何影響個人知識的建立。
