Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received by 15 December 2003 will be refunded in full less a US$30 administrative charge.
- Cancellations received by 15 January 2004 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after 15 January 2004 will not qualify for any refund. However, substitutions may be permitted.
