Prof Gilles I found your comment on the dissapearance of a culture significant.In this part of India where I live which is popularly known as North East India,there is a crises of identity among the different tribes and communities of the region.It is precisely because of this that my paper at Cridala pertained to D.E. responses to training and development measures.Education then will be both a source of preservation and integration,in the midst of community divides and ethnic tensions.I would certainly be interested in your proposed Community Of Practice.
