Interest Free Tuition Loan Programme

Holders of the Open University of Hong Kong Credit Card issued by the Wing Lung Bank can apply for the Interest Free Tuition Loan from the bank. OUHK will only accept the OUHK Master Card for the application of Interest Free Tuition Loans. Application forms of the new OUHK Master Card are available from branches of Wing Lung Bank, The Open University of Hong Kong, and Island Learning Centre. For detail, please click here.

Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (NLS)

Students of LiPACE Continuing Education, Professional Education and Non-local programmes can apply for the NLS administered by the Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA). Currently, the maximum loan is equal to the total course fees payable in the academic year. For details, please contact SFAA hotline at 2150 6222.
