The construction of the new 12-storey Campus Phase II building located adjacent to the original campus building has been completed in September 2008.

The two buildings on campus of Homantin provide a total of 3 lecture theatres, 48 tutorial rooms, PC laboratories, language laboratories, nursing laboratory, science laboratories, more self study rooms, an expanded library and a Multi-purpose Hall.

In October 2000, The OUHK Island Learning Centre (ILC)  opened at Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan.  The Homantin Plaza Learning Centre (HPLC)  which is located just across the street from the main campus started operation in August 2005.  In January 2010, the OUHK-CITA Learning Centre (OCLC) located at 201-203 Lai King Hill Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. commenced operation.
