"Interest Free Tuition Loan" Program

Wing Lung Bank now offers OUHK MasterCard and 6-month or 10-month Interest Free Tuition Loan Program for the new and existing students of the OUHK. You can complete the courses without hassle.

Administration Fee Waiver for First Time Applicant

The administration fee for "Interest Free Tuition Loan" is 1.4% of the approved instalment loan amount. Cardholders who apply for the "Interest Free Tuition Loan" for the first time will be entitled to the administration fee waiver for second time or subsequent applications, the administration fee will be refunded to cardholder's card account provided that the cardholder has made purchases of at least HK$3,000 (for 6-month instalment) or HK$6,000 (for 10-month instalment) with OUHK MasterCard during the repayment period.

Remarks:
1.	The administration fee for "Interest Free Tuition Loan", which will be posted to the cardholder's card account together with the first instalment billing, is 1.4% of the approved instalment loan amount. The administration fee will be refunded to the cardholder's card account provided that the cardholder has made purchases of at least HK$3,000 or HK$6,000 during the repayment period of 6-month and 10-month "Interest Fee Tuition Loan" respectively. Such refund will be deposited to the cardholder's card account within one month after the last instalment billing. Only Retail Purchase Transactions will be eligible. The following types of transaction are not eligible for this promotion: "Interest Fee Tuition Loan", Tuition Fee Payment, cash advance, Octopus auto reload amount, balance transfer, autopay transaction, instalment payment, gambling chips, securities trading, finance charges, annual fee of card account, cancellation or reimbursement of transaction, fraudulent transaction and any other transactions that the Bank may define.
2.	"Interest Fee Tuition Loan" transaction is not eligible for "Bonus Point" and "Double Bonus Point" scheme.
3.	The refunded administration fee can only be used to offset the purchases or cash advances and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
4.	To receive the refund of administration fee, the cardholder's card account must be valid and in good credit status.
5.	If the existing cardholders of OUHK MasterCard settle the tuition fee by other credit cards, their "Interest Free Tuition Loan" application will not be accepted.
