Alumni Link Talk: Know yourself from dream analysis

At an Alumni Link Talk on 18 August, psychotherapist and alumna Ms Kanny Chou (Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons), 2003) said that dreams are part of our subconscious and store many of our inner thoughts. By analysing our dreams, we get to know ourselves better and may even solve some of the problems we encounter in life. Ms Chou added that people who hope to become dream analysts should keep a diary of their own dreams and analyse them regularly. Formal studies and a habit of reading would also help in this pursuit.
