Dr Dickson Wong Kai-tat is a certified public accountant and a non-practicing barrister. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the Hong Kong Pei Hua Foundation, a charitable body that supports educational development in China. He is also an honorary legal and financial consultant for various charitable organizations. Dr Wong has been a member of the OUHK's Sponsorship and Development Fund Committee since 1996.
Miss Leonie Ki Man-fung is the Managing Director of
New World China Enterprises Projects Ltd. An author of several
best-sellers, she is also a member of UNICEF, the Children's
Cancer Foundation, Projects Vision, and the Bridge to China
Charitable Foundation. She was a member of the OUHK Council
from 2000 to 2006.
Mr Dick Lee Ming-kwai retired as the Commissioner
of Police in January 2007. During his term of service, the
Hong Kong Police College was established, of which he was
a key initiator and later developed the Recruit Police Constable
Foundation Training Course with the OUHK. Mr Lee is now an
Honorary Professor of the OUHK.
Mr Thomas Chan Kui-yuen, an Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd, has taken up a number of public service appointments to serve the community. He is a member of the Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre's Health Care Study Group and the University of Hong Kong's MBA Advisory Board, and has served on the OUHK Council since 2002.
Prof. John Anthony Spinks is a Senior Adviser to the
Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong, and plays
a key role in its drive towards internationalization. He is
also the University's Director of Undergraduate Admissions
and International Student Exchange, and has contributed to
the planning and operation of the Joint University Programmes
Admissions System (JUPAS). Prof. Spinks has been a member
of the OUHK Council since 2002.
