Aims
This course aims to introduce students to a broad range of concepts and theories that help explain organizational behaviour at the individual, group, and organizational levels. It aims to enhance students' ability to apply the core principles and theories of organizational behaviour in analysing human behaviours and organizations, and to equip students with skills to effectively work with others in organizations.

There will be four three-hour tutorials and a three-hour seminar.
Assessment
There are two tutor-marked assignments (TMAs) and one three-hour examination. Students must use word processing software (such as Microsoft Word) to prepare the TMAs, and submit the TMAs via the Online Learning Environment (OLE).
